How much is delivery?
Standard UK delivery is free on every order.
How quickly will my order arrive?
Order by 2pm, Monday to Friday, and we dispatch the same day. Delivery takes 1–2 working days.
Will I get an order confirmation?
Yes, by email as soon as you place your order. If anything looks wrong, email us and we'll put it right.
What if my order is late?
Email us with your order number and we'll check with the courier for you.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, within 1 hour of ordering. Email us and we'll cancel it.
How do I return something?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Email help@linensland.co.uk and we'll send you a returns label. See our refund policy for the full conditions.
When will I get my refund?
Within 10 working days of us approving your return, back to your original payment method.
My item arrived damaged or faulty. What now?
Email photos to help@linensland.co.uk. We'll arrange a free return and send you a replacement.
How long is the warranty?
It depends on the product. You'll find it on each product page. This is on top of your statutory rights, which aren't affected.
